1. Opportunities, not a placement guarantee
QuickjobsAI is a job-search and preparation platform, not an employer or placement agency. We do not guarantee 100% job placement, an interview, an offer, a salary, or a hiring timeline. We help you find opportunities across job platforms; employers make all hiring decisions.
2. Your account and information
Use a personal email address you can access. Keep your account secure and provide accurate resume, contact, experience, CTC and availability details. Do not impersonate others or upload information you are not entitled to share.
3. External job listings
Listings come from third-party job boards and career pages. Availability, salaries, recruiter details and requirements may change or be incomplete. Verify the employer and listing before applying. Never pay a recruiter to obtain a job or share passwords, OTPs or banking credentials.
4. Applications and recruiter emails
Automatic applications are available only for supported workflows and your selected approval settings. Other listings require action on the employer's site. Recruiter-list emails open Gmail drafts; you review and send them yourself. A draft-open count is not a verified-send count. Resume links expire after seven days; share them only with intended recipients. Do not use the tool for spam.
5. AI preparation tools
AI-generated resumes, cover letters, assessments and interview feedback may contain errors. Review all content before using it. Assessment scores are preparation guidance, not official employer certification or a hiring promise.
6. Plans and payments
Free access is limited. The ₹499 plan is for freshers, with no fixed expiry and access until you find a job; this duration is not a promise that you will be hired. Experienced users can buy ₹399 for 30 days or ₹799 for 90 days with the same full-access features. Payment is processed through Razorpay; access activates after payment confirmation. Review the displayed price and duration before paying. A paid plan does not guarantee employment.
7. Privacy and consent
Your account information, resume and interview recordings are stored privately for your use. Recruiter visibility follows your chosen sharing settings; sharing a resume link allows its recipient to access it until expiry. Enable automatic applications and notifications only if you want those actions. Avoid uploading sensitive information not needed for your job search.
8. Responsible use and support
Respect job-board rules, employer requirements and other people's privacy. Availability depends on third-party services and may be interrupted. For account or payment concerns, use the platform's feedback form and include the relevant order reference, never your card details or passwords.
